Auto Emblems in Australia - The Ivan Hoffmann Collection

This web-site presents emblems (also referred to as badges, mascots, scripts, logos etc.) displayed on automobiles since the introduction of the horseless carriage and have been collected by Ivan Hoffmann. The Collection is mostly "uncommon" early emblems of marques and contains about 300 makes of automobiles. In July 2024 this Collection was donated by Ivan Hoffmann to the National Motor Muesum, Birdwood, South Australia.

Terraplane

Terraplane were cars build in America (USA) from 1934 until 1938 [formerly Essex-Terraplane (1932-1934)]. Hudson also made Terraplane, for Essex Terraplane (see Essex post).
