This web-site presents emblems (also referred to as badges, mascots, scripts, logos etc.) displayed on automobiles since the introduction of the horseless carriage and have been collected by Ivan Hoffmann. The Collection is mostly "uncommon" early emblems of marques and contains about 300 makes of automobiles. In July 2024 this Collection was donated by Ivan Hoffmann to the National Motor Muesum, Birdwood, South Australia.

Berliet
Berliet was a French manufacturer from 1895 until 1939 and this badge was from a truck. "Marque Deposee" translates to "Trademark Brand registered" and LYON is a city in France.
