Auto Emblems in Australia - The Ivan Hoffmann Collection

This web-site presents emblems (also referred to as badges, mascots, scripts, logos etc.) displayed on automobiles since the introduction of the horseless carriage and have been collected by Ivan Hoffmann. The Collection is mostly "uncommon" early emblems of marques and contains about 300 makes of automobiles. In July 2024 this Collection was donated by Ivan Hoffmann to the National Motor Muesum, Birdwood, South Australia.

Tilbrook

Tilbook is Rex Tilbrook of Adelaide, Australia and he mainly built motorcycles and sidecars from 1947 until the late 1950's and also a phototype three-wheeled car with a 197cc Villiers rear engine in 1953. He also built motorcycles for the "Globe of Death" sideshow attraction.
