Pontiac

Pontiac were an American (USA) manufacturer from 1926 until 1932 and from 1932 until 2010. Pontiac was the name of the chief of the Ottawa Indians.  Pontiac was the companion car in the Oakland division of General Motors and became more popular than Oakland.  
Holden (Australia) made some cars that were sold in USA as Pontiacs.
