Auto Emblems in Australia - The Ivan Hoffmann Collection

This web-site presents emblems (also referred to as badges, mascots, scripts, logos etc.) displayed on automobiles since the introduction of the horseless carriage and have been collected by Ivan Hoffmann. The Collection is mostly "uncommon" early emblems of marques and contains about 300 makes of automobiles. In July 2024 this Collection was donated by Ivan Hoffmann to the National Motor Muesum, Birdwood, South Australia.

Piaggio

Piaggio are Italian and known for making Vespa scooters, but also they did make cars, but in France and were manufactured by ACMA from 1958 until 1959 to Piaggio's design.

These Piaggio badges were used on the front of the Vespa car.
